AuctionList.ca may prohibit or restrict certain categories of goods.
Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal goods.
- Stolen property.
- Counterfeit goods.
- Fraudulent documents.
- Items prohibited by applicable law.
- Unsafe products.
- Certain regulated goods.
- Items that violate intellectual-property rights.
- Items that AuctionList.ca determines create an unacceptable risk to users or the platform.
AuctionList.ca may update the prohibited-items list from time to time.
