Sellers are responsible for:
- Having the legal right to sell their items.
- Providing accurate descriptions.
- Providing accurate photographs.
- Honouring completed sales.
- Communicating honestly with buyers.
- Following the listing's payment and pickup/shipping terms.
- Complying with applicable laws.
A seller should not cancel an auction simply because the final price is lower than expected, except where the listing's stated terms legally permit cancellation.
